Artichoke-Jalapeno Puree

A Facebook friend sent us a wonderful hot sauce called "Evil Ooze" Hot Sauce so we incorporated it into an equally wonderful Artichoke-Jalapeno Puree as a bed for some white fish. Good stuff on all accounts! Why artichoke? It's a bit of an in-joke, but we do hope you enjoy the recipe.

Artichoke-Jalapeno Puree

Ingredients

• 2 artichoke hearts (or more if you want more artichoke flavor)
  
• 2 jalapenos, roasted - how to roast jalapeno peppers
  
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce - We used "Evil Ooze" Habanero and Jalapeno Hot Sauce for this recipe.
  
• 2-4 teaspoons chicken broth (water is OK) to thin it out!

Cooking Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Process until smooth and serve!
