Asparagus with Jalapeno Peppers, Pecans and Feta Cheese
This recipe is a variation on one of our brussels sprouts recipes, and works great for asparagus, which is one of our favorite vegetables. This time, we simply bake everything in the oven. It's extremely easy, and quite tasty.
Asparagus with Jalapeno Peppers, Pecans and Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 ounces asparagus, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, coarsely chopped
- 1 ounce pecans, chopped
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- olive oil
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange all ingredients over a baking dish and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bake 12 minutes, or until vegetables are turning tender.
- Serve!
