Basa Fillets with Truffles, Jalapeno Peppers and Garlic Oil
Basa is a type of catfish, though it doesn't have as much of the fishy catfish flavor. It's closer in flavor and texture to tilapia, though a bit meatier. We kept this simple since we got our hands on some truffles, which are an incredible delicacy with a strong flavor. Truffles pair nicely with garlic and white fish, and jalapeno peppers, of course!
