Chili-Lime Vinaigrette Recipe with Jalapeno Peppers
This particular recipe incorporate multiple chili peppers, including the wonderful jalapeno pepper, for a simple but flavorful topping for salmon and other fish.

Chili-Lime Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- Juice from 1/2 a lime
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, sliced into rings
- 1 serrano pepper, sliced into rings
- 1-2 habanero peppers, sliced into rings
- Dash of ground sea salt
Cooking Directions
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
- Let sit about 20 minutes to allow the peppers to slightly soften.
- Serve over fish!
