Spicy Double Decker Beef and Salami Burgers
For spicy food lovers with a big appetite! Easy to make, just slap some ingredients between two burgers and grill them up. This is a fun one for those summer grilling days.

Spicy Double Decker Beef and Salami Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 8 slices of salami
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 buns, toasted
- Garlic and assorted seasonings to taste
Cooking Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- To a mixing bowl, add ground beef, bread crumbs and seasonings. Mix well and form into four 4-ounce patties.
- Grill the burgers about 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Cook longer for well done.
- Top 2 of the burger patties with 4 slices salami, 2 slices cheddar cheese, and jalapeno slices. Close the grill cover and grill about 1 minute, or until cheese melts.
- Top each with the other burger, then serve on toasted buns! Double decker fun!
