Chunky Garden Vegetable Sauce
This is a great simple sauce if you have fresh vegetables from your garden and you're not sure what to do with all of them. This particular recipe serves 2, so if you have a load of vegetables and a big family (or big party coming up), you're all set! We like to serve this with pasta, but try using it as a dip with garlic bread.

This recipe is a great alternative to traditional pesto sauce. We served this with vermicelli noodles and then topped it with tilapia. You can check out the recipe at SeafoodMadness.com.
