Jalapeno-Pear Stuffed Pork Chops
Time to get your "fancy" on with this delicious stuffed pork chop meal. You're sure to impress your guests with the flavor and quality of this restaurant-style meal, but it's surprisingly easy to make. It really only requires the making of your stuffing, which needs only a bit of chopping and mixing, then a few slices into the pork chop. Stuff and bake! We can't believe how great this recipe turned out. A new favorite.

Ingredients
- 4 1-inch thick pork chops
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 1 pear, peeled and diced
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons water (or more as needed)
- 1 ounce raisins
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper as desired.
- Slice small pockets into the sides of the pork chops.
- In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Fill the pork pockets with your stuffing mixture.
- Close with tooth picks and bake 50-55 minutes.
- Serve.
