Grilled Pepperoni Hamburgers
Topped with Jalapeno Peppers
This is a fun an delicious recipe perfect for summer grilling, topped with pepperoni slices, Mexican style shredded cheese and jalapeno peppers. We served ours with grilled potato slices, and instead of thick buns, we opted for thin wheat bagel slices, lowering the overall calorie count and making more room for the meat.
