Jalapeño Pesto

This pesto sauce is delicious over pasta or as a flavorful addition to seafoods, like white fish or scallops. Enjoy!


  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine the cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper in a food processor, and process until coarsely chopped. 
  2. Drizzle in olive oil until smooth.
