Jalapenos, Rice and Black Beans
Here's a classic recipe that is extremely easy to make. It works great as a simple side dish, but also as a stuffing for peppers, such as jalapeno peppers or serrano peppers.
Jalapenos, Rice and Black Beans
Ingredients
- 16 ounces black beans
- ½ cup white rice, cooked
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
Cooking Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot and heat to low.
- Cover and allow to simmer 15 minutes. Stir half way through.
- Serve!
A very simple dish and perfect for stuffing peppers.
