Sweet and Spicy Salmon with Jalapenos

We do our best to incorporate as much seafood into our diets as possible, especially our favorite fish staple, salmon. With just a few simple ingredients you probably always have on hand, you can whip this one up in no time. And it's quite healthy, too.

Sweet and Spicy Salmon with Jalapenos
Ingredients
- 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
- 3 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons pineapple jam
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spray oil
Cooking Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Set salmon fillets onto a sheet of tinfoil and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Grill about 4 minutes per side, or until salmon is cooked throughout and no longer pink in the center.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon pineapple jam over salmon, then top with sliced jalapeno peppers.
- Serve!
