Creole Rubbed Tilapia with Jalapeno Peppers
Tilapia for lunch. It's an outstanding choice, especially when you're getting ready to go on a cruise vacation and want to cut calories in order to look good in your bathing suit. Tilapia is very low calorie, healthy, and quite good for you, but it doesn't have to be boring. We introduced just a bit of butter, lime juice, Creole seasonings and of course jalapeno peppers to spice it up. We opted for pickled peppers this time, as the pickling juice mixes well with the butter-lime juice, but feel free to use fresh jalapenos.
