Tilapia with Jalapeno-Crab Topping
Baked tilapia is certainly good for you, but it can be slightly boring if you don't provide enough additional flavor or seasonings. This recipe incorporates a jalapeno pepper-crab meat mixture. We used a can of fancy white crab meat here, but fresh cooked crab meat, finely chopped, would be a perfect alternative.
