Jalapeno Peppers and Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe

We needed something quick and easy this morning to get us moving, as we were helping Jalapeno Miss' parents move furniture. Hard boiled eggs are always fast and simple, and certainly hardy enough, but we need spice in our breakfast. Lucky we had the jalapeno peppers out in the garden, ready to go. A few splashes of hot sauce, and you're ready. This recipe is for hard core lovers of jalapeno peppers!

Jalapeno Peppers and Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 jalapeno pepper, sliced into rings
• 4 eggs
• Hot Sauce to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Boil the eggs about 10 minutes, or until firm. Slice and arrange over two plates.
2. Top eggs with jalapeno slices.
3. Splash liberally with your favorite hot sauce.
4. Sprinkle with salt and peppers, as desired.
5. Serve!

You can easily play with the arrangement. I separated mine into nice rows. It looked so good, I almost didn't want to eat it! But I did...
