Jalapeno Pepper Jelly Mustard
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup Jalapeno jelly
- 3 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
Instructions:
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Makes about 1 ½ cups.
- This is excellent as a dip for chicken nuggets or chicken strips.
NOTE: If you want some extra heat, add in your own additional diced or minced jalapeno pepper. 1 or 2 pepeprs oughta do ya.
