Here are all the ingredients, pre meal.

Dice up the jalapeno peppers, tomato, pepperonis, and basil.

In a deep bowl, heat up the jalapeno peppers, pepperoni, basil, tomato, pineapple, garlic and a splash of oil. The pineapple will be quite moist, so you can bring that to a boil and reduce is preferred, but it is not necessary.

Boil the pasta as directed and preferred, then transfer to a large serving bowl. Mix in your jalapeno/pineapple/pepperoni sauce mixture and toss with the remaining olive oil.

Sprinkle with feta and Monterray Jack cheeses, and serve!
