Here are all the ingredients, pre meal.

Get your frying pan good and hot and sautee the salmon strips. It should only take a few minutes per side.

While the salmon is cooking, chop the jalapeno peppers.

In a mixing bowl, combine the jalapeno peppers, mayo, and cajun seasoning. Mix well.

Add the chopped basil to the salmon and cook about one minute. The basil brings some extra flavor to the salmon and mixes with the salmon's natural oils.

Slice the tomato like this. I've found that, for wraps, tomato crescents work the best.

Arrange the salmon, tomatoes, cheese, cooked basil, and jalapeno mayo over the tortillas. This is what they look like before rolling.

A close up for you.

Roll the tortilla into a wrap. You can fold the tortilla, but it won't hold as well as a nice roll. If you use too many ingredients or too large of a piece of salmon, you might need to fold.
NOTE: Don't you LOVE the fancy paper plate? Hey, this is just a quick lunch meal.

Press the salmon wrap over a very hot pan to brown on both sides. Give it about 30-60 seconds each side, depending on the heat level. You don't need any oil or oil sprays for this.

Slice the wrap in half and serve on your own fancy paper plates for a delicious lunch.
