So one night we got bored with the normal turkey burger. We like to keep an eye on our waist line so we try to be healthy, and turkey burgers are normally a good way to go. But we also figure stuffing a turkey burger with cheese and jalapenos isn't so bad either, so we did it and here is the result. We hope you like it!
Mix the turkey meat with the Cajun seasoning in a mixing bowl. Separate into 4 equal parts and form each part into a patty.
Mix the cream cheese, diced jalapeno, and Mexican cheese in a small bowl. This is for stuffing.

Divide 1/2 of the cheese mixture between 2 patties, as shown.

Fold the other half over the cheese stuffing and close up by hand.

Cook the burgers in a frying pan over medium heat, about 12 minutes, or until turkey is cooked thoroughly. Serve with sliced tomato and additional jalapenos. We added some potato wedges here as well. Enjoy!
