Jalapeno Succotash
Sufferin’ Succotash! Sorry, I had to write it. My mind wanders, but this recipe will bring new focus to your meals as an excellent side dish.
Ingredients:
- 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 3 cups corn
- 3 cups lima beans
- 3 cups green beans, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot, boil the corn, lima beans, and green beans. Drain.
- Into vegetables, mix in jalapeno peppers, cream, and butter.
- Heat over low flame until butter is melted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
